  • ﺳﻤﻚ ﻃﺎﺯﺝ ﺍﻱ ﻧﻮﻉ ﺗﻔﻀﻠﻪ
  • ﺭﺍﺱ ﺛﻮﻡ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺷﺮﺍﺋﺢ
  • 2 ﺣﺒﺔ ﻟﻴﻤﻮﻥ
  • 1/2 ﻛﻮﺏ ﺯﻳﺖ ﺯﻳﺘﻮﻥ
  • ﻣﻠﺢ ﻭﻛﻤﻮﻥ ﻭﻓﻠﻔﻞ ﺍﺳﻮﺩ
  • ﺑﻬﺎﺭ ﺳﻤﻚ ﺍﻭﺑﻬﺎﺭ ﻣﺸﻜﻞ

خطوات التحضير

  1. ﻧﻨﻈﻒ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﻚ ﻭﻧﺸﻄﻔﻪ ﺛﻢ ﻧﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺘﺸﺮﻳﺢ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﻚ ﺣﺘﻰ ﺗﺪﺧﻞ ﺍﻟﺘﺘﺒﻴﻠﺔ ﻟﻠﻠﺤﻢ .
  2. ﻭﻧﺼﻔﻬﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺻﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺮﻥ .
  3. ﺛﻢ ﻧﻌﺼﺮﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻟﻴﻤﻮﻧﺔ ﻭﻧﺼﻒ ﻭﻧﻔﺮﻙ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻤﻮﻥ ﻓﻴﻪ ﺟﻴﺪﺍ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺨﺎﺭﺝ ﻭﺍﻟﺪﺍﺧﻞ .
  4. ﻧﺮﺵ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﺢ ﻭﺍﻟﺒﻬﺎﺭﺍﺕ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﻚ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺍﻟﺠﻬﺎﺕ ﻭﻧﻔﺮﻛﻬﺎ ﻗﻠﻴﻼ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺴﻤﻚ .
  5. ﻧﺤﻀﺮ ﺍﻟﺜﻮﻡ ﻭﻧﻘﻮﻡ ﺑﺎﺩﺧﺎﻟﻪ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺸﺮﺍﺋﺢ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺍﺣﺪﺛﻨﺎﻫﺎ ﺛﻢ ﻧﺮﺵ ﻣﺎ ﺗﺒﻘﻰ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺼﻴﻨﻴﺔ .
  6. ﻧﻀﻴﻒ ﺍﻟﺰﻳﺖ ﻭﻋﺼﻴﺮ ﻧﺼﻒ ﺍﻟﻠﻴﻤﻮﻧﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﺒﻘﻲ ﻭﻧﻐﻠﻖ ﺍﻟﺼﻴﻨﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻭﺭﻕ ﺍﻟﻘﺼﺪﻳﺮ .
  7. ﻧﺪﺧﻠﻪ ﻓﺮﻥ ﺩﺭﺟﺔ 200 ﻟﻨﺼﻒ ﺳﺎﻋﺔ ﺛﻢ ﻧﺤﻤﺮ ﺍﻟﻮﺟﻪ .
